The room was fine. We had a room on the 2nd floor. But the service was outstanding! Desk Manager Nicole went above and beyond what she was required to do. That is uncommon these days, much less for anyone to just show up. She does her job with the understanding that people matter and we are purchasing a service.
Checked in late on Friday. Receptionist was very accommodating. Room was clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Will stay again next year.
Was dissatisfied with my first room, but Miss Nicole set me up with a better one with no hastle at all Building is in close proximity to what I need it to be close to
Recently Remolded Lobby & rooms. It’s absolutely stunning! The new remodeled rooms are so fancy and super beautiful! Huge comfy beds! Walk in showers. Fancy! Modern! So beautiful! Very very clean! You’ll love it! They’re super nice and super helpful there! They take excellent care of you!
The only thing that we were disappointed with was there was no mini fridge in the room. We stayed in room 313 and it was clean and comfortable minus a couple of areas in the carpet. But overall we were satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay again!
The only reason it was given 4 stars is, we didn't receive our wakeup call. The service when we checked in was great. So courteous, polite and professional. The room was perfect, very clean and neat. Restaurants are literally right beside the hotel, so you can walk. If we're ever back this way, we'll definitely stay again.
Mckyenzie is the absolute best! She is so friendly and helpful and nice. 5 star review. We got stuck here in a snowstorm and she made it so much better!!!
The service was amazing. Nicole at the front desk was an extremely helpful host and we enjoyed our stay. The water didn’t get very hot for showering and the room could’ve used a little bit of updating, but they were clean and worked in our situation. The are pet friendly also!
